The AI sounds natural and conversational. We recommend transparency — the greeting can say "Hi, you've reached Smith Plumbing's virtual assistant." Many callers prefer getting instant help over a voicemail. All calls include a brief recording disclosure at the start.
What happens to my existing phone number?
We provision a new dedicated number for your AI agent. You can forward your existing number to it, or advertise the new number. Either approach works — we'll guide you through the setup step by step.
How does appointment booking work?
Appointment booking is handled via SMS confirmation and a follow-up from our team. Calendar integration is on our roadmap for a future update. You get a notification for every new booking.
